Just by observing the title, you want to know,
“Why habits are important, right?”
Well guys, I’ll fill you in by saying that, certain habits stick to you like bad nightmares. When practicing these habits, it’s kind of hard to shake them off, because this is all your circadian rhythm knows.
The simplest habit is NOT eating breakfast in the morning. We’ve all done it before, but doesn’t mean that it’s okay. Having the right amount of nutrition in your body, inputs energy to your physical and mental being.
Since we all don’t get that, we continue to produce this bad habit of not eating breakfast. This is just the same as other habits we take on. For instance, knowing the time for work is 8:00 a.m. but appearing there at 8:15 a.m.
When you’re used to these unbalanced habits, they stick to you like it’s okay, when it isn’t. This is why I stated that certain habits stick to you nightmares!
In order to break this HORRID curse of bad habits, we must produce healthy ones. Healthy habits are those that feel different, but can produce positive results. For instance, getting up in a timely manner to have breakfast, get dressed, and have ample time to get to work.
You must train the body to execute healthy habits. If you have a disability, or illness like me, the first thing you think about is eating, then taking your medication.
This is a form of a healthy habit.
If we can execute more of healthy habits, they then become daily actions for us. So thoroughly examine your lifestyles, and subtract what isn’t working. It won’t happen over night, but time will tell.
In order to get better, we must do better! Let that marinate, because if you can apply that concept within your daily lifestyle, I promise that you will see results.
So with that being said, I love you guys, and believe that you’re more than conquerors! Know that your PMB is what gears you in life. Own up to it!
